Getting it right, or very, very wrong

I had a lovely meeting today with member Mathew Birch today.  Mathew is the Publishing and Design Manager for International HIV/AIDS Alliance, and has recently completed an MA in strategic branding and social enterprise. He worked with SEL members to generate his research and the findings are facinating. We are going to share them with everyone in the near future at an event on branding.  Getting it right can make all the difference. Getting it wrong as I believe our friends at the Office of Government Commerce  might have done, can have the opposite effect.  Still we all need a good laugh.....
