Francis Maude up next

So Francis, who in a Tory Government would be our Secretary of State has reiterated his Chancellor's comments. The things that struck me are first he is sceptical about Total Place, secondly that as a sector we have suffered from Government sponsored 'innovation-itis' and lastly (and from my point of view extremely interestingly) that if social entrepreneurs can do it better and cheaper than Government then they should get the opportunity to do so.
