First Minister Alex Salmond declaring Scotland as the best place in the world to set up a social enterprise

I have just returned from the Social Enterprise Exchange in balmy Glasgow. Billed as the largest social enterprise event in the UK, it certainly felt like a happening with hundreds of exhibitors and events, and with some excellent plenaries.
